Oromo Gospel Music Concert at Concordia University

In 2015, Our Redeemer Oromo Evangelical Church of Minnesota invited Gifti to lead worship at the Oromo Gospel Music Concert held at Concordia University. As part of her worship set, she sang Ya Lubu Koo, an Ethiopian-Oromo song that refers to Psalms 103:1, which says, "Bless the Lord, O my soul." Gifti was excited to sing this song as it is a good reminder never to cease blessing the Lord, regardless of the circumstances.
